Well-Type Annealing Furnace 

Annealing furnace ensures superior cleanliness with minimal oxidation and no decarbonization after annealing. Well-Type Annealing Furnace is primarily designed for round wires, copper parts, stainless steel, steel strips, and metal components.

Customizable Heating Process: 

Specifically, Well-Type Annealing Furnace adapts heating curves to workpiece requirements for optimal annealing results. Additionally, zoned temperature control guarantees uniform heat distribution across all areas. 

 

Annealing Furnace Components: 

  1. Heating Elements: Cr25AL5 alloy resistance tapes provide excellent thermal conductivity for efficient heating.
  2. Frame Structure: Built from welded steel profiles and 3mm Q235 steel plates, the furnace body offers maximum stability.
  3. Stainless Steel Liner: This 321-grade steel chamber features superb heat transfer, low energy loss, and extended lifespan. Notably, it can be easily lifted by crane for convenient maintenance.

 

Annealer Features:

- Design the heating curve on demand for good annealing effect.

- Control temperature by partitions for uniform heating.

- Use 0Cr25AL5 alloy resistance band as heating element with good thermal conductivity.

- Weld the furnace body's skeleton with section steel and steel plate for stability and reliability.

- Adopt a stainless - steel furnace sleeve with good thermal conductivity, less heat loss and long life.

- Lift and unload the furnace by crane for easy operation.

 

Furnace Annealing Process: 

  1. First, load wires into the stainless-steel trough (12mm wall/18mm bottom).
  2. Then, insert the trough into the furnace and启动heating elements (260KW total power).
  3. Finally, remove the trough for outdoor cooling after reaching 1000℃ maximum temperatures.

 

Furnace Structures:  

- Shell: Reinforced with 3mm Q235 steel (10mm top plate + channel steel base), equipped with thermocouples and protective covers. 

- Hearth: Layered refractory bricks (heavy-duty bottom/middle/top) ensure superior load-bearing capacity and airtightness. 

- Insulation: Full ceramic fiber lining saves up to 30% energy vs. traditional brick furnaces, with heating speed doubled. 

- Heating Design: 6 sets of 0Cr21Al6Nb wave resistance strips (1.4w/cm² surface load) in 2 zones ensure prolonged service life. 

- Control System: 2-zone intelligent PLC with 9" touchscreen records real-time curves and adjusts power via SCR PID control.

Significantly, the furnace achieves ≤1100℃ operating temperature with outstanding anti-quake and oxidation resistance. Its user-friendly design allows quick loading while maintaining vacuum-sealed performance via 40mm carbon steel flanges and silicone gaskets.
